Vinata Masks Review!

I've been so into skin care products lately! As I grow older, I've finally come to the realisation that one shouldn't take their skin for granted, and skin conditions might just worsen suddenly. Hence, preventive is better than curing it, I've started to take skin care really seriously!

First key step to a good skin condition is to STAY HYDRATED. Skin hydration is really super important to keep our skin supple and healthy. I'm a really lazy person and putting on sheet mask and waiting for the time to pass is like an extra effort for me, hence I use sleeping masks much more often than sheet masks, till one day that i found out that my skin is actually drying out and sleeping mask is not enough for keeping my skin hydrated or moisturised. Since then, I've started using sheet masks quite often but not all products work for me. I have quite sensitive skin and hence some sheet masks will give me breakouts and till I tried out VINATA's masks, everything is perfect with this mask!

Before I start on how VINATA works on my skin, here's a little bit more to know about this mask: VINATA Sake Yeast masks are produced from the Taiwan's national brewery and their yeast only extracts from Taiwan Yuquan sake. This product contains of activated yeast that softens horn and increase the skin's water absorption capacity! Sounds amazing right. Besides that, the mask also contains high volume of minerals, vitamins, activated yeasts, peptides, amino acids, organic acids and various micro elements that help with the skin health.

There's two types of VINATA Sake masks: one for moisturising (pink packaging) and one for whitening (blue backaging). I personally really love the pink one as my skin becomes super smooth and supple overtime after applying it!

The mask is very wet since it's full of the good nutrients (I hate masks that are dry and dries off super fast), and the cotton mask is super soft to be applied on my face! Also, it fits perfectly to my skin and it really feels good while applying it and I don't see it as a hassle at all!

Keep the mask on for around 15 minutes and here you go - glowing and supple skin! During days that I feel that my skin is looking a lil dull, I'll go for the blue packaging one since both work equally well on my skin :)

My skin is more to combination skin, hence it is very hard for me to get a balanced skin condition: it's either oily on the T zone or very dry on the cheeks. After using Vinata masks, I can notice a difference where my skin is less oily on the T zone and more hydrated on the cheek parts. Besides that, my skin also became smoother and brighter than before! I'm truly satisfied with this product and will keep repurchasing it. :)

If you ever visit Taiwan, you can visit Taiwan national brewery, VINATA masks is a must buy souvenir!

Feeling fresh with the colour GREEN

Green is never my favourite colour to begin with, and I seldom own things in green colour. However, as I've started running my online fashion store, I've begin to have more acceptance towards each and every colour and I think that every colour looks great in their own way! And I've gotta admit, I've started to appreciate the colour green more and more, and I have tons of stuff in green colour!

Besides that, I love taking pictures with green sceneries, and I guess you can tell from these OOTD pictures! :D

I found that green is a very calming and relaxing colour, and it's very easy to match with anything as it gives out a "refreshing" vibe. I guess 5 out of 10 of my pictures have greeneries in its background :p It's not the colour that I used to hate anymore as I've started to appreciate how lovely this colour is!

Recently, OPPO has launched its limited edition R9s series in green colour and honestly I'm in love with the colour once I have my eyes on it. It's a very subtle and refreshing green, and it also comes with functions such as fast charging and a 16MP rear camera.

It also has a 16MP front camera which takes super good selfies! I'm amazed with its selfie mode as I think it takes better pictures than any other phones.

These were taken without turning on the beautifying mode or filter:

And this was taken with the Beautify 4.0 mode:

I've also tried out its double exposure mode:

I personally really love the phone as it takes fabulous selfies and to be honest, I rarely take selfies cus I barely get to take nice ones, but this phone has totally changed the selfie game to the next level!

Ivory White Bridal

I guess we girls have some sort of fantasy towards all these white and pretty gowns right? A while ago, I was invited by Ivory White Bridal to view their bridal gown and evening dress collection in their newly launched studio and even had the privilege to try them on! (don't worry I'm not getting married anytime soon yet okay)

It was my very first time trying on wedding gowns and I totally had no idea how they would look on me. To be honest, it was my very first time visiting a bridal studio and having such a close look and touch on these lovely and finely made gowns! I was really amazed and in love with all these pretty embroidering, sequins and gemstone stitchings on each gown.

I had the chance to try on a few wedding gowns! There's a few type that I've tried on and I have to admit that I have the urge to get married once I put on these amazing pieces. I've tried on two trumpet shape gowns and I think they fit kinda well as the trumpet shape emphasizes on the waist and hips line.

The second type I've tried on was this classic ballgown type of gown. I guess they're my favourite as it makes me look so much slimmer since I am really chubby on my lower body part and they've managed to cover up my problem parts! And the details were so so so beautiful.
I really loved the one with a heart shape bust line and with some off shoulder frills cus it made my body look perfect (when it's not) since it has totally concealed up all my problem parts such as my flabby arms and big lower body part.

Besides wedding gowns, I've also got to tried on some evening dresses! They were equally finely made as well with lots and lots of embroidery and sequins (omg god knows how much I love all these blingy stuff).

Basically, I had so much fun trying on all these pretty gowns for the first time! Still can't get over with how many pretty gowns there were in the studio that I really wanted to try on, but I guess I'll leave them until the next time when I'm finally becoming a bride lollll. Special thanks to Ivory White Bridal for the warm invitation and also MJK photography for the lovely pictures!
